A TEMPLATE THAT REVEALS MUCH MORE THAN THE ROSETTA STONE

For most of Ancient Egypt’s history, the hieroglyphs represented ideograms. However by the late Kingdom, much had changed in Egypt and in their writing system.  Changes that were caused by the succession of Egypt’s conquerors, the evolution of the Egyptians own beliefs and the need to develop an easier and more quickly replicated writing system.    

In the original hieroglyphs, the Egyptians used a simple and straightforward template in writing the hieroglyphs.  That template decided what each hieroglyph component represented, and why it was being used. The same template was also used to create their gods and goddesses. This template was and remains completely hidden from the Rosetta Stone.for the very rational and factual reasons that  are explained in the post titled; The Rosetta Stone.

So much about the Ancient Egyptians accomplishments, presents modern humans with the perfect catch 22 situation. Because either we choose to accept the idea that the Egyptians were visited by extra terrestrials who taught them a lot of different skills. Let’s keep in mind that we still don’t now they were able to accomplish many of their buildings, statue making gold working and painting artwork on the walls of tombs underground in what would have been total darkness. And the list goes on.

The alternative belief in the catch 22, embraces the untenable idea that the Egyptians taught themselves everything they left behind for us to marvel at. And. more specifically, they built the Great Pyramid of Giza cutting the granite stones with copper tools. Needless to say, both schools of thought have their hard-to-believe elements and their die hard detractors

THE HIDDEN TEMPLATE

Those hieroglyphs that were initially used purely as ideograms, conveyed their meaning by using an inherent characteristic, behavior or some similarity of the animal, bird, human body part or abstract forms to explain a specific feature of the story that is being told.  This meant that the original meanings that have remained hidden, were not based on phonetic sounds or an any kind of alphabet.

Those Changes came later on with the development of demotic script and Hieratic writing. Keep in mind that the Ancient Egyptians are re-telling a story that was told to their forefathers back in Egypt’ prehistory.  And that they had to use the language and imagery available to them to help them to record and remember the story and pass it down to those who followed.

EMOJIS

Imagine transforming a smiley face emoji or a thumbs up, to letters of the alphabet. And then using them in conjunction with other emojis that have also been transformed, too become letters of the alphabet with specific sounds?. So now we’ve made what used to be emojis an alphabet.  While the new alphabet would be readable, the original meanings behind the emojis would be erased or hidden. And just in case I’ve failed to explain this point appropriately, like the original hieroglyphs, emojis are ideograms

WHEN IS A SNAKE NOT A SNAKE?.

You will see me repeating this question in several posts. Because that in a nutshell ’is what correctly interpreting the hieroglyphs and deities in the story of the snake, is really about. The Egyptians werent engageed in creating a meaningless mythology as some seem to think.  Obviously it’s easier to see the template when you know that one in fact exists, and you also have some idea about the story that the Egyptians were recording.  For example, look at these portrayals that I’ve already explained.

• Atum - the stories that the Egyptians told about the God Atum, demonstrate that Atum was used to show how atoms emit light on the one hand. And on the other being the foundational element from which everything is created.

• The Uraeus or upright cobra was used to portray solar activity when a Coronal Mass Ejection is ejected from the sun’s corona. Almost like the spitting action of a cobra. Both being very dangerous  in their own ways.

• The row of upright Cobras  (Step Pyramid of Djoser)   Is used to portray a very strong solar ejection event that is loaded with plasma. and magnetic material

• Apep; the enormous monster Serpent - was used to represent the accumulation of Telluric Currents under the earth and the chaos that they cause by disrupting the

   normal  magnetic field.

• Set (Aardvark) represented th disturbance caused by the movement in the  superimposed,  much weaker, wandering magnetic field .(caused by the build up of Telluric Currents) under the ground and in bodies of water. The resulting disturbance to the earth’s geological layers caused earthquakes and volcanic activity. The Ancient Egyptians likened the underground disturbances to the destructive activity an aardvark causes to the earth and to termite mound as it forges for food using suction

In explaining the template especially as it relates to the story of the snake, my goal is to show you the record that the Egyptians themselves made of the story of the snake  using their ideographic hieroglyphs and their deities. I believe that this will provide something more tangible to consider and so help you to make up your own mind about what  you believe about Ancient Egypt.
