Chanting is the rhythmic repetition of a single word or more elaborate phrases or sounds. It is often done in abstract sounding yet distinctive tones, pitch and frequencies. In Chanting, intention is paramount. Chanting can be directed inwards to create changes within the body or personal frequency. When it is directed outwards, it is usually done to create a palpable body of energy with the intention of directing that energy towards a specific object, or goal.
What I know for sure, is that that every human has the same abilities of intuition and extra sensory perception.. However for a variety of reasons, it dampened in the majority. I seemed to have been born with a missing gene: the one that makes humans prioritize going along with the crowd or consensus beliefs. and behaviors, over listening to their own hearts.
Visualization also doesn’t really help in all cases, especially when you’re beset with doubts. In fact visualization and positive thinking can serve to cement failure. And we’re seeing some backlash in the culture, under the calling out of ‘toxic positivity.’ Because it is a mistake to try to ignore negative psychological experiences that have left traces of themselves behind.

In the past few years, there have been what appears to be dishonest attempts in some of the more recent explanations online, attempting to give meaning to the 11:11 phenomena.
Human beings are both physical matter and non physical energy. And in order to evolve into a state of higher vibration, frequency and functioning, we need to fully understand the functioning of both the physical and non-physical components of our being.
What did my Kundalini awakening feel like?. There were 3 distinct phases. A beginning, a middle and an end. Initially it felt like extreme sexual arousal. However that was quickly replaced by an intense sensation of electricity moving up my spine. Despite the intense electricity, there was zero pain. Actually the opposite. As the energy moved up my spine, a feeling of irrational bliss took over.
