It is important for those on a Spiritual Path to gain an understanding of the power of sound vibrations. However while the subject is vast, just a basic knowledge will confer great benefits such as understanding many areas of Spiritual knowledge and abilities. Take for  example the subjects of cymatics and chanting, which can both produce powerful instant, or very rapid results.  Both  can be done by anyone without the need to learn music or play an instrument.
