DEEP MEDITATION TO TRIGGER KUNDALINI

In order to meditate deeply, especially with the intention of creating the kind of energy that will entrain Kundalini, shift your focus from the usual “quieting your mind,” to “changing your brainwave state. Being just calm and turning off the monkey mind is good; changing your brainwaves is much better. A pre-meditation ritual is the way to begin cycling into the state of theta brain waves even before you begin your meditation session.

This next important step, is early highlighted, however you will notice the difference. So before you meditate, remove as much light from your surroundings as you possiblly can. Turn off lights, close the shades and so on. And then when you sit down, use a good light-blocking blindfold to block out any remaining light or the memory that it might have been light all around when you started. This is a key step to success, because darkness has an extremely important role to play. Why?. Darkness is essential for signaling sleep This begins In the Pituitary Gland in your brain, when nightfalls. A hormone signal is sent to your Pineal Gland, which causes it to secrete it’s own hormone Melatonin, when it senses that darkness has fallen. Melatonin regulates the sleep cycle. .

Surprisingly, I often have flashes of light inside my head when I really get into a deep meditative state in total darkness. These last four a second of two and have no aftereffects that I’ve been able to discern. Since the ‘brain sand ‘ that is normally inside the Pineal Gland gets transformed Ito a crystal by Kundalini’s electromagnetic energy, I assume that it’s producing a piezoelectric effect caused by the heightened vibrations that occur during my meditation

Now I’m sure that you’re now quite rightly wondering why would you want to go to sleep when what you’re trying to do is meditate? That’s a fair question., however you’re not trying to go to sleep, it’s simply that the early stages of sleep, share the same brain wave pattern with deep meditation. And what you want, is to continue slowing your brain down as quickly and effectively into the theta brain wave state that is associated with both asleep and meditation

The trick to meditating deeply, is to simply let go

Think about relaxing first and foremost and soon it will become easier and easier

To enter into deep meditation, you must let go and give up trying to control the process. Those times that tI succeed in going into to a very deep meditation, the effect that I experience is almost like a trance state, I often experience moments when I become aware that parts of my physical body are no longer “on line” so to speak. Allow me to explain. We all have an automatic built in sense of our physical selves. Because our nervous system is designed to keep us aware or each limb and area of our bodies. This is a useful ability which is obviously extremely useful. And this is such a strong sense of awareness which resides in our minds, that people who have had limbs amputated, are often plagued by sensation in the phatom limb being there even long after surgery.

When my awareness. to parts of my body begins disappearing, then I know That I’m there. And I can even be aware of what’s happening in my body without coming out if the trance-like state. Sometimes my awareness of both of my arms always disappear first. . Though it usually begins with the feeling that my legs or sometimes all of my lower body, is no longer there. And from there continue up my body, with other areas disappearing from conscious awareness or sensations until only a spot in my head remains. I think of this state as a blend of being partially out of the body and being inside a lighter body. This is not numbness, but rather a complete disappearance of awareness of their existence. It is a very comfortable feeling and one in which I’m both very alert and extremely relaxed.at the same time.

I see it as also being in more than one brain state simultaneously. This is important so that if for example you find yourself outside of your physical body. you can then make the observation from one portion of yourself, which may be outside of your physical self observing that physical part and what’s happening. Without the anchor of knowledge and the ability to let go of control, then you would first of all not likely get to this state, but if you did, you might find it disturbing to see yourself from these different view points at the same time. On the other hand, once you are able to get deeply into meditation, you will discover that the one asking questions and seeking, is exactly the same one who is waiting patiently to provide the answers……….. And finally when you reach the deeper states of meditation, and you do so repeatedly, the energy created, acts as a trigger to the Kundalini energy to wake up.
