I made an intuitively guided decision early on, to ask for guidance from my inner self with the criteria that whatever I was to learn, would have to pass the test of love. By that I meant that any teaching or inner revelation would have to feel loving and could not be fear-based.
If asked to name the opposite of Love, countless people would no doubt say "hate." However it is fear that is the opposite of love. Fear is a far more complex, and a far more cunning imprisoner than hate, which is but a symptom that fear has done it's work in a human. Fear is a prison that mercilessly tightens it's grip.
